Hello everyone, my name is Sara, and I'm excited to share my journey with you. I used to struggle with my weight and tried everything to achieve a slim hourglass figure—diets, exercise, waist trainers. Unfortunately, many waist trainers were uncomfortable, painful, or ineffective.
